Vision

Settle is a collaborative studio dedicated to reimagining the design of the most essential space of all: our habitats.

Our cities are grappling with a severe housing shortage driven by restrictive policies, construction inefficiencies, and rising costs. At the same time, our psychological well-being, social trust, and sense of community are being eroded by segregated urban planning, soulless architecture, and the privatisation of quality design. As a result, humanity is on a reckless path, constructing environments that are increasingly unsustainable for people to live in.

Settle challenges these established systems by designing innovative architectures that prioritise the well-being of residents and strengthen communities. Our approach embraces thoughtful design at every level, from micro homes to entire neighbourhoods.

What we do

We bring our vision to life by creating homes at scale through a blend of architectural design and product development, where bespoke design meets the efficiency of mass customisation.

When specialised expertise is required, we collaborate with industry-leading partners across various sectors to ensure exceptional results across every project.

Join us in building the future.
